Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions governing your use of the MarbeTaxi website are subject to Spanish legislation.

In these booking terms, references to ‘you’, ‘your’, and ‘passenger(s)’ apply to both the individual named on the reservation and all persons included in the booking, as well as anyone to whom the booking might be transferred.

Booking Process & Modifications/Cancellations

When you make a reservation with MarbeTaxi through our website, by telephone, or via email, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, comprehended, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your service details. Please verify that all personal information and service specifications are accurate.

Should you identify any errors in the provided details or wish to modify your booking, you may request changes or cancel the service by responding to the confirmation email. Cancellations will incur no charges provided they are made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Driver Communication Policy

Please note that modification or cancellation requests cannot be processed directly with your driver. While MarbeTaxi strives to maintain accuracy, occasional errors may occur in pricing or service details. In such rare instances, we reserve the right to cancel the affected reservation without liability to the customer.

Service Provision

All services booked through our platform will be delivered as described in their respective service agreements.

Company Responsibilities

MarbeTaxi acts as an intermediary between customers and transportation providers. We facilitate bookings for third-party transport services but assume no responsibility for service delivery issues including:

  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Delays or schedule changes
  • Service modifications
  • Incidents occurring during transit

In such cases, liability rests solely with the transportation provider. Upon request, we will provide customers with the provider’s contact information to facilitate any necessary claims.

Service Availability

We retain the right to decline any booking request. While we make every effort to secure transportation for all reservations, we cannot guarantee service availability for every request. If we cannot arrange service for your booking, we will notify you promptly by email.

Our online booking platform operates on an “as available” basis, and we cannot warrant uninterrupted service availability.

Pickup Procedures

For airport transfers, drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time (as confirmed by you). For other locations, the waiting period is limited to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

If you encounter difficulties locating your driver or experience delays (customs, baggage claim, etc.), you must immediately contact the emergency number provided in your confirmation email to ensure the driver remains available.

Failure to notify us within the specified waiting periods (60 minutes for airports, 15 minutes for other locations) will result in the service being considered a no-show, and the driver will depart.

Baggage Policy

Please declare any excess or oversized luggage during booking to ensure proper vehicle assignment. Customers will bear all costs associated with additional vehicles required for undeclared excess baggage.

Additional Services

While we forward all special requests (including child seats) to service providers, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. In rare cases, last-minute vehicle substitutions might prevent provision of requested equipment.

Published travel times and distances are estimates only. Actual conditions may vary due to traffic, weather, or construction.

Vehicle images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee the exact make or model of vehicles provided by our transportation partners.

Force Majeure

MarbeTaxi and our service providers cannot be held responsible for service delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: accidents, police activity, severe weather conditions, or security incidents.
